Introduction
Thank you so much for visiting my website. Let me introduce myself, my name is Dixie and I am a young Chocolate Labrador Retriever. I live in a loving home with my masters: Dwayne, Betty, Corinna, Celia and Sid. They take care of me and play with me every single day. Corinna, Celia and I own a specialty pet store in Woodland for all of my four-legged friends! We have tons of cool stuff in the store. We carry premium, super premium, and holistic/organic pet food for dogs and cats. We also have many unique and fashionable apparel and toys. My ultimate goal is to provide nutritional food that will help my friends live long happy lives with their masters.
Our belief is that dogs (like me) and cats need biologically appropriate diets-- which means things our ancestors have eaten for years. Our ancestors were hunters and they got their food from preying on animals and feasting on them, therefore our diet requires a lot of meat. Of course, to have a complete diet, we need a little bit of fruits and veggies. However, we have no need for carbohydrates. We can get lots of energy from protein and fat as is; so corn, soy, wheat, etc. (YUCK!) are unnecessary. In fact, corn and soy are very bad for us! Cats and dogs can get very sick from pet foods that contain those ingredients. Our system could dwindle and we can become overweight and sickly. That means we would have to go to the veterinarian's office more often (therefore more bills!).
Anyway, on the brighter side of things, we provide an amazing variety of pet foods. Many of our pet foods are grain-free, and all are corn and soy free! On top of carrying deliciously healthy food, we have tons of treats! I'm telling you it is pure torture for me to have a store full of tempting and mouth-watering food and treats. But since I also run the store, I must be professional and not steal the treats.

I would help but I can only speak "dog" T_T. And to be completely honest, I am very shy. But I'm slowly crawling out of my shell and learning to be more outgoing. Please don't be offended if I'm not as nice as I should be, I just need to slowly get used to seeing you and smelling you. If you play with me, that will make my day.
